Avec Jacky Durant nous continuons a produire notre chronique hebdomadaire sur la nourriture pour Libération. Depuis 4 semaines nous essayons de traiter de la liberté, de l’idée de revoir la mer, du feu dans la cheminé. Aujourd’hui c’est la truite qu’on attrape et que l’on fume.
