Le quartier serbe, près de la ville d’Erbil, a été placé en confinement strict après qu’un père sur deux ait été testé positif au virus. La ville de 5’300 habitants est placée en quarantaine pour au moins deux semaines. Les serbes se rendent aux checkpoints pour demander des masques, de la nourriture, de l’aide, ou encore des traitements médicaux. Ils doivent cependant s’arrêter à quelques mètres des barrières et ne peuvent sortir de la ville.

Sebiran neighbourhood, close to Erbil city, was put under tight quarantine after a father of two tested positive for the virus. The city of 5,300 inhabitants is under lockdown, at it will stay under quarantine at least two weeks. Sebirians are coming to the checkpoints: to ask for masks, food, help, medical treatment. They have to stop few metres before the barrier, they cannot leave the city.
